We are pleased to welcome you to the 2009 ENTER Jamboree that will take place at University College London on February 6th and 7th. The Jamboree will start at 8:30 on Friday February 6th, and conclude at 19:30 on Saturday February 7th. The ENTER coordinators meeting and faculty dinner follow on Saturday night, February 7. Friday evening there is a dinner for all the conference participants.

As in previous years, we are organizing parallel sessions for student presentations, and plenary sessions for faculty presentations (one for each partner institution). The format of the faculty presentations is free. Presentations can also be aimed at just presenting the doctoral program and a summary of research areas of each node.

We are targeting the attendance of two (or three) faculty members and eight students per partner institution. In particular, four students should present a research paper and the other four (preferably students interested in the ENTER program and ENTER partners) should act as discussants. Student sessions will last 40 minutes each (25 minutes for the presentation, 10 minutes for the discussion, and 5 minutes for questions and answers). Faculty presentations will last 45 minutes. Please remember that each partner institution is in charge of covering its own participation costs (travel and accommodation expenses). We cover the conference dinner, sandwich or snacks, and coffee during breaks and the faculty dinner.
